Giving Back with Purpose

Purpose-driven organizations that build community are the future of work — and we’re proud to partner with those shaping meaningful cultures from the inside out.

At Talent X Tech, we believe success isn’t just about business results — it’s also about contribution and impact, both in communities and the wider world.

That’s why giving back has always been central to Sital’s work — in both the UK and Asia. For over a decade, he’s brought people together to support causes that matter. Below are a few of those causes.

“I couldn’t recommend Sital highly enough as a partner for supporting noble causes like girls’ education. He has a rare ability to host diverse, cross-cultural events with ease and impact.”

“Sital is a natural connector with so much energy to bring people together. I especially love how he gathers community over informal drinks and bites — all while making an impact on good causes.”

Educating Girls in Asia

Inspired by his mother’s story, Sital has been a passionate supporter of education in rural Asia for over a decade. He has supported the NGO, Room to Read, and their Girls’ Education program to promote literacy and gender equality.

Empowering Women

Sital supports Dress for Success in the career development of economically disadvantaged women. He participated in the early stages of creating career tools and resources now used by volunteer career coaches in Singapore.

Men's Health

As a cancer survivor now in remission, Sital has been a devoted supporter of the Movember Foundation. He has helped champion their mission for mental health, cancer prevention and survivorship, contributing to men’s health awareness.

Alzheimer's

Having seen his late father suffer from Alzheimer’s, Sital has dedicated time to raising awareness, fundraising and sharing insights about this debilitating disease.

Mental Health & Suicide Prevention

Having lost a colleague to mental health issues, Sital and his ex-colleagues continue to help raise awareness for both mental health issues and suicide prevention.

Bridging the Digital Divide

At Microsoft, Sital witnessed the profound effects of accessible technologies on individuals with disabilities. This experience, combined with seeing how technology remarkably empowered and gave independence to his elderly mother, further inspired his commitment to digital inclusion.
